Natural Abortion

Natural abortion; Is there such a thing?

Over the years women have come to me because they are pregnant and not ready for the process of motherhood. If you think about it rationally, we should be having an enormous compassion for the human condition in so many ways.

We are such a fragile species. Things happen that we can’t control; that we are not ready for and that shift our life. As ‘advanced’ as we may think we are, we do not have a viable form of birth control - one of life’s most basic of necessities. In this world of convoluted hearts, going to the moon is more important than the need for mitigating our suffering here on earth.

On top of this lunacy, some people think they have a right to judge others for how they deal with life’s curve balls. Crazy we are. Crazy and mean.

Expanding intelligence and possibility

Part of the problem is that we don’t know how to expand our intelligence beyond dualistic thinking. But if you could do this, you would be able to realize another option. Non-dualistic thinking takes into account that sometimes we can control our minds and bodies a lot more than we think possible; especially with an unwanted pregnancy. Going to a higher level of thought where there is not this or that, and where judgment does not exist is a possibility that can be learned.

On some level, some part of you wants the pregnancy. What I’ve found is, if less than 50% of you wants this, you may be able to cease the process by making a strong internal and loving decision to do so. Depending on how deep a meditator you are and how well you know your body, you may be able to go inside yourself and get in touch with the being and the cells and talk to them both.

Tell the being that now is not the right time to come through. Explain why this is and send it off with love.

Then talk to your cells. Tell them to alter their course. Explain to them that you made a mistake and deeply go into them and direct them elsewhere. Do all this while loving yourself, your cells and all involved. Make the solid decision and intent to stop the process. It is your body. By talking to it succinctly you can direct the chemical processes going on.

In profound prayer, communicate to all the souls around you what you are needing at this time. Do all this several times until you feel it is done.

Is everyone capable of this? Not at all times. But some people, by not judging themselves and by believing in their own connection to the Self and nature, can shift bodily processes. Even this one.

(Taking Stock in a New Market: Surviving the Economic Crisis in 8 uneasy steps, Part 2)    (Part 1)

This reality we have been relying on, the reality endorsed by our cultural authorities, in many ways violates our basic inner nature.

We live in and act and reason from a state of almost a deep sleep. In this state we see the world as a playground where the end justifies the means; where human rights, respect for life and the Divine are not priorities. Fast asleep people are not able to solve key problems that threaten human existence. Unaware people allow society to be based on corrupt mores profiteered by a very few at the top.

Mirrored in our economic woes is the now unrepressable denial of the connection between our sleepy values as human beings and what our prior unconscious spending has supported in the world. We are now forced to look at the gap of all the power ($) we paid corporations and politicians to steer our planet into a sad place. Just one example is electric cars. The technology existed and could have been adopted in the 70’s but car corporations squashed it.

http://WhoKilledTheElectricCar?

There are countless other examples where our core values of sustainability and sanity got run over by polluted and narcissistic corporate thinking. But the truth is that dominator structures cannot maintain themselves if citizens are educated to be alive. The public needs to want to safeguard and foster policy for the commonwealth which our eroding Constitution has been trying to provide.

We’ve allowed all the wolves into the chicken coop in the name of having the next convenience. We have gotten entangled and strongly identify with a complex web of deceit that controls our distractions and feeds our weaknesses on almost every level; food, air water, medicine.

http://FoodIncMovie.com

I saw this amazing quote that pretty much sums it up recently called,

Who’s Job Is it?”

This is the story about 4 people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was asked to do it. Everybody was sure Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody’s job.  Everybody thought Anybody could do it but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn’t do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

1) We need to start asking what was the story/conversation that had us put our collective heads on the block. What is the point of our religions? To teach love of a deity or a book while hurting our fellow man? What is the point of all the scholastic learning? Is it to learn to live in harmony in our life and our surroundings or to calculate how many liars are on the head of a pin? What is it in us that allows wars?

2) There is a difference between the forceful and the powerful. An awakened heart is courageously willing to feel the pain of how the forcefully wealthy have exploited all life on earth without compassion or reverence. An awakened heart takes responsibility for not being more educated and pro-active for society and for the earth. A conscious being has the power to ask Infinite Energy/Divine Love/Godde (please no gender!) to restore and repair current circumstances. One with awareness can choose in this moment to align their energy and thoughts with purification, humility and Source connection (power) for the benefit of all.

3) Every minute presents a choice to put your money where it is supporting your values in the world. Government isn’t capable of doing that for us. It’s always a moment by moment choice. The juice is in making that real. Buy into shadowy, convenient falsehoods today? Or choose a path based on cooperation with one another and the natural environment. Is it another vote for fascism by buying into structured lies or living within the context of conscious connection with each other from a higher Source of energy by actually volunteering some of your time to do so?

4) We are coming to the end of the time where paying for any expression of twisted social values works. Changing the structures of the human mind and heart is the last hope. Seeking out a new consciousness that transcends and rises above thought; above any of the convoluted conceptions is the new thrust. Reaching into the Greater self and realizing a new dimension  within society that is infinitely vast is the profound shift of planetary consciousness we long for. What can I do this moment to find the new belief system, the new religion and spiritual ideology that embraces an economic ethic good for all living beings?

6) Ghandi said that humanity is not in its right mind. Accepting a military industrial complex over a humanitarian industrial complex shows the case in point. We’ve tried everything else. Are we ready to evolve and allow the feminine face of reality to step up so we can act like people who are interested in something a bit beyond our own needs? Can we be a race for the benefit of the commons?   Why not take the ethic of love into the social force now? Not in increments, but in full force.

7) There are 2 kinds of people. Those who buy into the distractions of the illusion and those who shine their love and spirit to heal the distraction. How can I personally move from a wrong relationship to money/energy to a right relationship with it? Who can I join hands with for the new tapestry? How can I bring about a mass epiphany in cultural memes?

8) Moraleconomy.org - “Our failure to include fairness in our cultural and economic paradigm has brought about its necessary conclusion: collapse”

Educate, meditate, share, shift mind, discover heart, choose, pray, decide something better today. What ideas do you have?

GOP accuse Obama of rushing healthcare reform. What?

There’s a fundamental and fatal flaw in humans that is very sad. Even though:

    * Just one insurance executive’s BONUS can be upwards of $10,000,000.00 - $20,000,000.00 a year, which would save enormous suffering for tens of thousands of families; some who have gone bankrupt from a family member getting sick, and

    * Even though healthcare reform is directly tied to the recovery of the economy and

    * Even though it is a known fact that politicians are famous for  distorting facts and Republicans have made an art of it (as outlined in the book, “Don’t think of an Elephant” by George Lakoff) and,

    * Even though insurance companies are making record profits while almost 50 million women, men and children are without any health insurance and

    * And even though the majority of Americans believe health care needs to be fundamentally changed, shockingly there is opposition to reforming the very inadequate and sick health care system we now have. High level executives, corporations and people who can afford health care are thriving off other people’s suffering.

How is that possible? What is it in the human frame that allows such oversight? Obviously the system of checks and balances that a healthy functioning system has to keep parasites in their proper place is not working.

It seems like there’s a fundamental flaw in the underlying thinking that goes on around this issue.

    Let us pray.

I had a client recently whose son got cancer. It rattled her to her bones. Family meant everything to her and watching her son go through chemotherapy and his path to wellness was an unbelievably stressful year long process.

At the end of the process her husband of 28 years left her. She went into a deep depression. She couldn’t sleep. Worse than that she couldn’t think straight anymore. It was getting so horrible she was afraid to drive, afraid to socialize. The pressure to go on and act normally in front of family and friends was too much.

She went to her doctor for help. He gave her an anti-depressant drug. It didn’t work. She went back and he gave her a different drug. That one didn’t work either. He then prescribed another drug with an anti-anxiety drug in addition. Didn’t work. She went back again. He altered the dosages of the drugs. After all this help from her physician pharmacist, ‘Jane’ was still suicidally depressed and hopeless.

Finally a concerned relative suggested she come see me. In her first session I had her fill out a form about her lifestyle. I asked Jane what her diet was like; what feelings she was having; what she wanted; did she exercise?

I found out that Jane drank 2 cups of coffee in the morning, went to take care of an ailing aunt, then the gym and she didn’t eat until dinner followed by cookies every day. I gave her some energy work and told her she needed to eat good quality protein every morning before working out. And I gave her a breathing technique to restore her nervous system.

The next appointment she said she was feeling like she could think again but was still heavily depressed. I suggested some supplements and herbs that would help her recuperate from years of depletion. I did my energy work on her and explained that a lot of what she was feeling was depletion. We are fragile limited creatures and our brains and bodies get incredibly drained by our circumstances and environment. I promised to help her find the right nutrients, support and clear thinking so she could find herself again.

After the third energy work session, I then showed Jane an energy tapping technique (EFT) to release some of the excess grief she was carrying. I also gave her the homework to think every day of what makes her happy.

She had been a good wife, mother, daughter, niece all her life and never thought about what made her happy. She emailed me after the session to say that she felt incredibly clear. And instead of going on automatic and calling her mother and obsessing over her children and taking care of her draining aunt, she sat in her car for 45 minutes and thought about what would make her happy. She decided to go and visit a friend who made her happy.

Follow along to see what happens….

Health Care Insurance

Health Care Insurance: What actually is single payer insurance?

According to the Institute of Medicine 60 Americans die daily due to lack of proper health coverage. Single payer on the other hand costs less than we are overpaying now and covers everyone. No one would be without coverage.

Taken directly from the website - http://www.healthcareforall.org/:

* The plan is administered by a single State Health Agency with local branches. With a single payer system California establishes a health insurance plan that covers all residents. Consolidation of administration and finance saves billions of dollars. Cost of administration drops from 25%-35% of health spending to 2-3%.

* The state becomes the single purchaser of pharmaceuticals and durable medical equipment. It uses bulk purchasing power to lower costs up to 50% by purchasing from the Federal Supply Schedule. This saves billions. The state coordinates capital expenditures. Saved dollars are shifted into health care.

* Quality of care is improved through equitable distribution of resources, choice of physician, primary and preventive care.

* The health care tax replaces all health insurance premiums, all deductibles and most other out of pocket health expenses, including most co-pays. When you pay the health tax, the benefits you get are better than any existing health insurance plan and there are no exclusions for “preexisting conditions” or any other health problems. Dental care, mental health parity, long term care, alternative and complementary care, durable medical equipment and full prescription drug coverage are included without co-pays.

* 95%-98% of the health care tax goes directly to health care services, whereas only 65%-75% of health insurance premiums go to health care services.

* The health tax is less than insurance premiums employers now pay so there is a pool of dollars that unions can negotiate back into wages and other benefits. The health tax involves no new spending. Instead, it involves a shift of funds from the private sector (insurance premiums) to the public sector (health tax).

* The health tax is socially responsible: Tax proceeds are used to assure that all Californians receive an essential social service. Californians and their legislators are smart enough to understand that a not-for-profit health care system with a universal risk pool financed by taxes is a more cost effective, stable system than one made up of fragmented risk pools each burdened with an expensive bureaucracy and profit-sharing requirements.

There’s no bill, no co-pays, no deductibles, no bankruptcies due to medical bills, no deaths due to lack of health insurance coverage. You are insured from the day you are born. It’s cheaper, simpler and more affordable and the majority of Americans, doctors and nurses want it.

So why don’t we have it?

Because political will and social will are at odds. Can something be done about it?

It’s up to you.

Top 10 ways to improve your health

Top 10 ways to improve your health

As someone who has been investigating and researching the health field for 25 years, the problems some complementary alternative medicine practitioners have run up against would make your hair stand on end! Unless you have spent the time looking into it, you cannot see how much of a mafia western medicine can behave like at times. But that’s for another article. In the meantime taking responsibility for you health is the best practice.

The current state of health care can be cold, remote and somewhat inhumane. It is too costly and often as late as those rearranging deck chairs on the titanic. There is increasing despair among health care workers and millions of Americans are without adequate health care coverage. Doctors are suffering, patients are suffering. Studies in the last 40 years by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention have confirmed that physicians die by suicide more frequently than others of their gender and age in both the general population and other professional occupations.

O.K. We all know that. But in the words of Albert Szent-Gyorgy “Discovery consists of seeing what everybody has seen and thinking what nobody has thought.” Or better yet, seeing what everybody is seeing and actually doing what we need to but are not doing. The first of which is:

1) Think differently about health. Instead of seeing symptoms as something foreign that some expert gives you a drug for, see your symptoms as clues to changes that you need to make. With a little nudging, you probably even know what those changes look like.

2) Get more sleep. Sleep deprivation is one of the biggest problems in society today. Learn to take breaks and cat naps. Schedule in extra sleep time. Allow yourself to rest.

3) One of the most restful and replenishing things you can do is to meditate. Meditation really does work to calm the system and rejuvenate the mind. You can actually get more done by disengaging the cluttered conscious mind and reach deeper places of inspiration and relaxation.

4) Social interaction and more importantly connection, improves overall well-being and strengthens the heart and immune system. Volunteering to help others less fortunate is a great way to boost self-esteem and bring love in your world. Find a lonely elder and see how you can be of service. We live a very isolated culture.

5) Fast 1 day a week with just pure water or fruit or vegetables. Giving the digestive system a break and alkalizing the blood can greatly increase energy.

6) Take a class on how to prepare raw or healthy foods. Compare that to your current diet.

7) Get a little socially active. In an article ‘Thinking Differently about Healthcare’ by John de Graaf, “In every country in the world except, believe it or not, the United States, Liberia, Swaziland and Papua New Guinea, mothers, and often, fathers, are guaranteed paid time off from work to take care of newborns. In many cases, such “family leave” extends for up to a year or more. In the US, by contrast, parents often return to work when children are only a few weeks old.”

We experience how stressed and overworked everyone is. You’d have to be deaf, dumb and blind not to see how the media slams alternative health. What’s crazy is accepting that the wrong elements of society are making policies that are anti-humane. Go on-line. Pick a cause and donate a little time and/or money. Being pro-active can greatly increase empowerment and health.

8) Not only does exercise help give you more energy, but it increases the biochemistry in the brain to help you think clearer. Just do it. Dance, hike, go to the gym.

9) Consciously love yourself more.

10) Do one thing you really love to do everyday; take a bath, sit in a sauna, hug a loved one, relish your hobbies.

Health is both an art and a science. Take care of your health and it will take care of you.

Farrah Fawcett - did she have to die?

June 27th, 2009 -- Posted in Cancer, alternative natural medicine, health alterntaive medicine | Comments Off

Farrah Fawcett, like many people with cancer was pro-active about her disease. She was kind enough to even do a documentary on her process. She traveled out of the country looking for alternatives. The alternatives she chose were still unfortunately very mainstream and seeped in a ‘disease care’ model. Desecration, hair falling out, excruciating pain, cardiodepression and a devastated immune system from high doses of toxic chemicals are all deemed standard process.

But new science and medical research continually keeps proving that at the deepest level, physical disease is usually an expression of environmental toxins, psycho-spiritual pain and lifestyle choices.

A mechanistic view of the body combined with the overuse of poisonous drugs is showing to be grossly ineffective not only for last stage cancers but it is also progressively demonstrating itself to be a dysfunctional economic model. Treating symptoms has replaced genuine healing and prevention is scarcely even thought about.

Health care in the U.S. is ranked 37th in the world and yet is twice as expensive. Yet after billions of dollars going to research cancer, heart disease, diabetes, asthma rates are epidemic. We’ve been fighting the wrong war and attacking the wrong problems.

We live in a world of enormous chemical toxicity and over consumption. The human toxome project lists that birth defects, developmental delays, brain and nervous system disorders, cancer, immune and gastrointestinal problems have been linked to  chemicals; bisphenol A, Chlorinated doxins & furas, lead, mercury, pesticides, perchlorate and a host of unpronounceable neuro-toxins we ingest daily.

The mistake too often made by all doctors, allopathic and alternative alike is not addressing the causes of illness. Is the patient too toxic? Are emotional issues stressing the body into a breakdown? What lifestyle choices have lowered their vitality? Is there a meaning to this person’s dis-ease? Cancer for instance cannot thrive in an oxygenated, alkaline, high temperature environment. Is there a way to bring about those conditions naturally?

No one knows the timing of the sacred journey from this world to another. But by looking outside the crumbling box of conventional medicine, many have been able to extend their healing process in more sane and honoring ways.

How to heal original sin.

June 13th, 2009 -- Posted in Energy Healing Trainings, Physical Empowermet, regenerative medicine | Comments Off

There’s something wrong with the world. You don’t know what it is but it’s there, like a splinter in your mind driving you mad.” Morpheus in The Matrix

What if the human condition could be explained by the revelation from some little known ancient texts about the true history behind the mythology of the ‘original sin?’

Hello, my name is Mary Magdeline. Well, not really but when I realized the content of the book that was ‘coming through me’ I decided to use a pen name. You see, my grandmothers’ names actually are Mary and Magdeline. I honor my grandmothers.

I also wanted to put a little buffer between all those nasty people out there that are hatemongering against anyone that doesn’t believe as they do. Plus all those who haven’t done any research but when they come across information that is too big to swallow, attack others in order to feel safe or superior. There does tend to be a lot of unkindness out there, especially from those who claim to be following loving teachings.

Look, I get it. Human beings are set up to fear or attack that which stirs our unconscious content. And by accepting the fact that humans are not the epitome of creation, it does alter the current paradigm. At least half of the population on earth can tolerate the fact that more advanced civilizations exist in this vast galaxy, even interdimensionally.

Many inconsistencies are taught in religion and I too, did not believe in the concept of ‘original sin’, certainly not the way it was presented.  But my curiosity and deep ability to see beyond the surface of things led me to information I sometimes wish I’d never come across!

According to a growing number of religious scholars, archaeologists and historians, advanced beings mated with primitive man many thousands of years ago: “There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them.”

That is just the Biblical account. The Dead Sea Scrolls, Book of Enoch, Sumerian texts, as well as countless similar stories in other cultures mention ‘other worldly’ incidents and phenomena that can easily be explained by the use of highly advanced technology most likely from other worlds.

The original meaning for the word ‘sin’ was ‘mistake.’ Although evolutionary meanderings can hardly be called mistakes, this intervention did leave a mark of which humanity still carries the brunt of today. I believe it made wo/man, for the most part, weak and insane.

Think about it. Even if these advanced beings were somewhat compatible genetically to prehistoric humans, the information differential would be an awfully big download all of a sudden. Like putting all the information from computers today into the first home computer from 30 years ago. It would not be a pretty sight. Although it might be a major advancement, there would certainly also be some damage.

For one, according to the texts the advanced beings heads were bigger. Wouldn’t that explain why, of all creatures on Godde’s earth, human beings are the only creatures who have unbearably painful births?

These stories of advanced beings mating with primitive earthlings took place in the Mesopotamia – one of the most continually violent places of strife on earth. Where, by the way, women still feel the need to cover their entire bodies. Coincidence?

Humanity is once again on the verge of an evolutionary leap equivalent to the jump from reptiles to mammals. One would have to be severely disassociated not to feel it in the noosphere. The original meaning for the word ‘meek’ meant ‘the prepared.’ Are you meek enough to grasp the changes?

Medicine finding wellness

June 12th, 2009 -- Posted in Cancer, Energy Healing Trainings, Medical Intuitive Consultant, Natural Remedies, Wellness Coach, regenerative medicine | 2 Comments »

To Thine Own Self Be True

Can medicine find wellness as a commodity?

There are two ways of seeing the world. In the old paradigm nature is gone against and attacked. The world is seen only through the 5 senses and what appears solid is accepted with trepidation. Everything is dissected and seen as separate. It’s a dog eat dog world and conclusions are based in greed.

What’s wrong with this picture?

Even though modern medicine hasn’t, science has evolved. We now know that what appears solid is mostly space. We know that there is a quantum field of possibility to play in. And thanks to scientists like Bruce Lipton, we know that chemical reactions in the body are preceded by thoughts and emotions. We can expand, include and rely on greater awarenessess like intuition, feeling, and inspiration. We know everything is interconnected and that in most cases it makes more sense to work with nature rather than against it.

But even though many renowned researchers have done high quality, qualitative studies on how heart disease, diabetes, cancer can be reversed up to 70% by making lifestyle changes, in general doctors in America are still not recommending these tactics.

Ode magazine recently put out a great article entitled “Doctatorship:  Military thinking in medicine, by Dana Ullman. In it Dana writes, “To treat a patient, the doctor must provide a diagnosis that determines the existence of a “Western medical disease,” or WMD, even if this diagnosis is sometimes based on faulty medical intelligence or just selective intelligence.

Doctors usually choose to “shock and awe” the body. An elaborate attack ensues, utilizing our most sophisticated technological armamentarium, including the newest painkilling drugs, antibiotics and chemotherapeutic agents. This militaristic medical solution takes precedence over other strategies that strive to re-establish health through forces that augment the body’s defenses. While some doctors offer dissident opinions and propose less invasive treatment strategies, these voices are muted by the medical-industrial complex.”

Acknowledgment addressing the patients’ skills about their own bodies, along with attention on community support will empower every living being to participate in their own health care and that of their surroundings. Improved understanding about maintaining wellness and personal bodily integrity using integrative medicine is the future of medicine. The mental, emotional and physical aspects of the healing process need to be much further reviewed and revered. WMD: weapons of mass distraction (lies) are the real destructive forces and they come from without. Get quality help to find your own health truth.

Compass on Compassion

May 29th, 2009 -- Posted in Lucid Health, Natural Remedies, Physical Empowermet, Regeneration, regenerative medicine | 1 Comment »

Come pass on….

The reason why there is so much destruction and strife in the world is because humanity has been living inside a tightly woven and ruthlessly concealed lie. This lie started somewhere around 12,000 years ago when ‘original sin’ literally was conceived. What we are witnessing is the result of this veiled secret, socially, financially and politically in an apocalyptic frenzy that is about to get worse before it gets better.

The original meaning of the word ‘Apocalypse’ means ‘to unveil hidden truth.’ As chaotic and frightening as the world cinema appears right now (if you are lucky enough to have a sense of compassion), what’s really going on is a good thing. It’s an unruly collapse of a false system. Reality is distorted and has been for a long time.

Mankind was originally meant to be, well….kind. Don’t you feel that deep, deep down? Isn’t that why the economic collapse and all the lies surrounding it are such an affront? Isn’t is still incredibly shocking to the system when you catch a glimpse of the big betrayal? Of any betrayal? Don’t you feel relatively powerless, but somehow think you should know what’s going on? Compass on? Compass off. The average person on earth’s sense of direction isn’t functioning.

We have been buying into so many lies from scientists, religions and school systems that its too painful to see what is really going on. Humanity’s very lens of perception has been so corrupted that we allow ‘governments’ to commit heinous crimes against ourselves. We allow them to create unfathomable suffering and war in the name of peace. We allow them to rob us to give money to the robbers (banks). We call the soul robbing that goes in in school, education.

When a lie is so big you cannot see it, it tears the heart. I  have found over and over that what the great spiritual thinkers say is right on. The bridge back to wholeness is learning compassion for the whole process. Wo/man is in a birth process.  With the sense of compassionate connection, the outcome can be a whole new greatness.
